In a bid to ensure mainstreaming of social and environmental sustainability to support sustainable development, the GEF-UNDP CUVKUN Project under implementation in Angola and Namibia, has developed a number of Social and Environmental Standards (SES) reports.
The following CUVKUN Project reports are hereby published for public review. This ensures that stakeholder engagement guarantees transparency, inclusivity, and meaningful participation in decision-making processes.
The project is funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and led by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with the Global Water Partnership Southern Africa (GWPSA) as the Executing Agency. The Cuvelai Commission (CUVECOM) and Kunene Permanent Joint Technical Committee (PJTC) are the custodians of the project implementation.
Please note that the Portuguese versions of the reports will be uploaded soon.
